QUI Consult was founded in 2013 by Adrian Kelley (a former Quality Director, Production Manager and Mechanical Engineer).

Based in Southern California we are a Quality Management consultancy specializing in the development and implementation of ISO based Quality Management Systems, optimization of manufacturing processes and continual improvement.

Our methodology focuses on developing work environments where all employees are actively engaged through training and shared challenges resulting in a team ethic and acceptance of accountability.
